In this article, there have been published the answers that respondents have done to the survey made by the project Euskara eskuz esku (EEE) and, further the close questionnaire, the observations they have to the open questions. Based on perceptive dialectology, this poll has been directed to 40 professionals that work in different fields of the Basque language promotion. The major goal of this poll is to collect information from those professionals about the Unified Basque language and the Basque dialects. We chose them because they use the Basque language currently and, there-fore, they offer a model to the society of North Basque Country (NBC): writers, translators, Basque language technicians, teachers...This research shows that the 95 % of the survey respondent professionals think the Basque Unified Language is necessary in NBC. On the other hand, 92,5 % of them think that it is also necessary to maintain the characteristics of dialects of NBC 80 % thinks that Unified Basque language does not damage those mentioned dialects and for another 50 %, there is something like Unified Basque language in NBC. Nobody affirmed that Unified Basque language is not useful. The remaining work of this research will focus on the responses of the professionals to the open questions of the survey.
