Huts or empty, with its contradictory meanings, has drawn intense attention in modern Basque culture. To substantiate this discussion from the core, its semantics are described, likely ontological significances assessed, and a cognitive bridge to address contranimity is tested. Consequently, it is proposed that this contranym be understood not as a (random) homonimy but as a (related) polysemy. Finally, the next steps are proposed for an intensive discussion on Huts.
