Abstract

In this article we analyze the impact of censorship dynamics on symbolic reality of the
communities; more specifically, we will look at the cultural resistance that develop Stateless communities to deal with the restrictive power of censorship. To do so, on the one hand, we will present some theoretical tools to analyze the relationship between symbolic reality and
censorship and, on the other hand, we will reflect on the usefulness of these tools in correspondence with the Basque reality from 1960 to 1980.
